The customer can open the link on a web browser on a desktop, laptop or android device, once the customer joins the call, your agent can conduct the KYC verification, your agent can verify the call connection, take images of the customers stream and the system will also provide a confidence value between the customer and the photo in their OVD.
The customer completes the KYC process with the agent and the call recording is uploaded to secure storage, your bank agent can then set the customer as a verified customer.
